Guest Speaker @ Startup Meet-up Event in Reihoku

VP Advisors CEO, Violet Pacileo was invited as a guest speaker to the startup meetup event in Reihoku hosted by KOCHI STARTUP PARK. The one hour and half event consisted of both in-person and online participants, which allowed for an intimate atmosphere to get to know one another and have a deep-dive discussion on what it takes to start a business.
The first half of the event covered Pacileo’s pre and post-startup journey, the drastic change in lifestyle and quality of life living in an urban vs. rural area, how she found ways to fund her startup business and many more. The second half was an open Q&A in which the participants asked Pacileo various “how to” questions ranging in topics from how to write a business plan to what it is like to raise children in rural areas.
Founded in 2017, KOCHI STARTUP PARK, “KSP”, provides assistance to entrepreneurs in Kochi Prefecture through consulting, seminars, and events. More than 1,000 participants have used their service, bringing more economic activities in Kochi and rural areas in Japan.
