Guest Speaker, Kochi University Diversity Management Seminar

Kochi University Gender Equality Promotion Office held a Diversity Management Seminar (FY2022 Management Seminar & Women's Activity Promotion Seminar) on 23rd January 2023 for the five Shikoku national universities, Shikoku Female Researcher Success Promotion Network and the National Diversity Network Organisation.

Violet was invited to speak about her background in investment management, diversity management and how this relates to employee creativity and productivity. Seminar also covered work-life balance, how ESG and SDGs are interlinked, and her perspectives and vision for the future.
